ASHLEY Walters is riding high as the lead actor in Netflix’s smash hit show, Top Boy.
But he’s not the only star in the family, as his wife Danielle Isaie is an actress – who even starred in Gavin and Stacey.

Who is Danielle Isaie?
Born on November 23, 1982, Danielle Isaie is an actress and wife of Top Boy’s Ashley Walters.
She started her career at a young age when she was spotted by a talent agent.
Danielle landed her first role in the children’s program The Crust on BBC One in 2005.
After that she was a regular in the popular CBBC show, The Legend of Dick and Dom.
Since then she has gone on to star in many high profile shows including Channel 4’s Chewing Gum, and BBC’s Casualty.
Danielle also famously played Smithy’s sister’s friend Cherice in Gavin and Stacey in 2008.
In 2023, the actress starred in two episodes of Top Boy alongside her husband.
When did Danielle Isaie marry Ashley Walters?
Danielle and Ashley met in 2011, just as his Top Boy career was taking off.
After two years of dating, the pair were married on June 22, 2013.
It’s reported they tied the knot in a private ceremony in London.
Do they have any children?
They couple share two children together – a daughter, Amiaya-Love Walters (born 2014), and a son, River Leslie Walters (born 2016).
However, Ashley is actually a dad-of-eight from previous relationships – but this also includes being a stepdad to Danielle’s son she shares with her ex.
The Top Boy star also became a grandad at the age of 38, to a little girl named Neveah.
Ashley told Good Morning Britain viewers he has no plans to have any more as he is already a father many times over.
GMB host Susanna Reid then asked how he deals with such a large family.
Ashley said he does his best to make sure he has enough free time so he can give each child enough individual attention.
He said: “Just spending time with them and freeing myself up.
“And remembering that they are all individuals. I have to have time to individually talk to each of them.”
